Refunds and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Returns

To complete a return we require the email address ordered under, and an order number for each item along with a reason for the return. Upon receipt, you will be contacted within 3-5 business days with a decision and an RMA number if approved. No returns are accepted without an RMA number. All approved returns will incur a standard 25% restocking fee.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds may be granted:

  • Item(s) show obvious signs of use
  • Any item not in its original condition or is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item within 2 business days. We will also notify you of a rejection of your refund if conditions of the item are found to be different than originally indicated when you started the return/refund process according to required conditions listed in this policy.

Approved returns will then begin the refund process and a credit will automatically be applied to original method of payment within 14 business days of the date the return was received and found to meet return criteria.

Returning an item without an RMA will result in an automatic declined return status and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs if they decide to have the unauthorized return returned to them.

Late or missing refunds

If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account or method of payment again.

Then contact your credit card company and/or bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your account.

Sale items

If a return is approved, only the sale price purchased at will be refunded if it meets condition requirements and is approved with an RMA number.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at contact@jw2innovations.com or use the “contact us” link on the website. Be sure to include the email ordered under and the sales number.  The return address for the return will be included once approved and an RMA number is assigned.

Shipping returns

To return your product, the return address for the return will be included once approved and an RMA number is assigned.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund it will only contain the actual cost purchased minus the original shipping cost.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
